I joined 25madison’s Founding Team in 2018 after starting my career at two Growth Equity funds and an AI software startup. Today, I’m a General Partner co-leading 25madison Propel, our Transformation Buyout fund.

Building on our experience building and backing AI-native software and tech-enabled services companies, Propel fuses AI transformation and lower-middle market private equity into a cohesive strategy. We acquire lower-middle market services businesses and deploy proprietary AI software to drive transformation – from the way they go to market, serve their customers, engage their employees, and conduct operations.

I’m originally from Philadelphia and remain a die-hard Eagles fan.
