Helping others is a big priority and passion of mine, and one of the driving forces for me to enter a career in nursing. As a nurse working in the hospital, I quickly realized there’s so much that can be done to improve the experiences for both nurses working at the bedside and the patients being cared for. As a healthcare leader I’m passionate about creating solutions that enable a better work experience for nurses and other healthcare workers so they can focus on helping their patients.

I live in the beautiful state of Minnesota with my family. I enjoy being outdoors and taking in the very best of every season by running, cross country skiing, and paddle boarding on any of MN’s 10,000 lakes.
